ECO Education Service

ECO Education Service, conducts Australian Curriculum linked geography and biology field trips and workshops for senior and primary school students. They are run by environmental scientists and educators with over 30 years combined experience. Our high school geography and science field trips and excursions are highly valued by teachers because of our knowledge of the Sunshine Coast and South East Queensland region.

“It was a terrific learning experience for all involved and we were fortunate and grateful to be accompanied by very experienced people in their field of expertise” Local teacher

Senior students, in particular, benefit from the opportunity to learn from experts in the fields of ecology, catchment and natural resource management specialising in knowledge of this region. The content of our presentations and engagement activities link well with a range of senior subjects including geography, biology, chemistry, marine science and earth & environmental science subjects for Years 11 and 12 as well as with geography and science subjects from Prep to Year 10. We tailor our service and work with teachers to meet their needs for each year level.

We also support a number of Early Learning Framework Outcomes with our engagement activities in early learning centres.

Our school camps, outside school hours and vacation care programs and workshops have been enjoyed by many children. We ensure they involve fun and engaging learning experiences.
